What should be done when a student is blacklisted?
The DI will bring the student to the JPJ negeri to uplift the blacklist. There are a few common blacklist scenarios. Click here to obtain the list of JPJ negeri addresses and telephone numbers.

a) Student fails color or vision test. A document is needed from a certified optician stating that the student is fit to have a driving licence.
b) When the student is handicapped. Necessary documents are needed from the student stating that the student is fit to drive.
During booking, I encounter 'Duplicate Booking Request" error. What does it mean ?
 

This is common due to previous bookings which are not successful, but has been made. The solution is to wait 30 minutes and re-book again.

Why can't I update the KPP2 for D Class ?
 

If you cannot see the "D" class radio button on the screen, that means that the student is under the age of 17. (Please double confirm the date of birth). Therefore, this student only can take the B & C Class.

When I try to update KPP2 to B, C or D Class, I get an error message "Invalid Officer Code". Why is this so ?
  This is because the "D2 Officer" is not authorised to update the KPP2 for B, C or D Class. Please clarify with JPJ.
If I mistyped a student's name or I/C Number, what should I do ?
  Please check our helpdesk online and check the result's status. If it is fail when the test slip states PASS, you have to write an official letter and provide a photocopy of student's I/C and KPP certificate.
After I login to MyEG, JPJ1 website, when I try to fill in the declaration form, the system displays "Invalid Secondary ID".
  This is possibly due to:

* DI needs to produce a letter to JPJ requesting uplifting and produce a valid reason before getting approval from JPJ. Then fill in the necessary information in the eServices Information Correction Request Form, to up-lift the blacklisted record. Then the sign up-lift document should to be pass to MyEG Approved site for processing.

*Mistyping of secondary I/C Number. Please ensure that user's IC number is correct while registering for user and JPJL1. If unsure, please contact MyEG Services Sdn Bhd helpdesk at 03-7660 9260.

Problems with Login
  *Cant login · Check the User ID and Password, is it correct?

*Cant Login with Error message "Invalid Agency Code" · Check whether the DI permits is still valid.

*Forgot User ID and Passwords · Click on the "Lupa kata laluan" link and fill in the particulars needed to verify your ID. The password will be send to your email address.
Updating KPP and Pra-L
  *Cant update KPP with Error message "Invalid Upd Date and Time" · Check the date and time attend, make sure it is less that 2 days. The KPP and Pra-L cant be update once the 2 days time period is over.

* The attend time is already more than 2 days, what should you do? · Prepare a list that contains the following information and get approval from JPJ, before sending it to MyEG Approved Site.

a) Cover letter stating the problem.
b) IC number
c) Student's name
d) Serial number of the KPP certificate.
e) Date and time attended.
Producing the "L" License
  Once the student has already completed the cycle until Pra-L (KPP2 6hrs); Driving Institutes can bring the student's particular to the JPJ to produce their L licence. We would suggest bringing over every document that relates with the students to simplify the matters with JPJ.

Record not found in JPJ
Log into MyEG helpdesk and enter the particulars for the student and the student's status should be displayed. To produced the 'L' the students status should be completed up-to Pra-L (KPP2 6hrs).

Make sure that the student's particulars are updated before going to JPJ for the L license. If somehow the JPJ says that they don't have the record, please let the officer in charge know that MyEG had already update the result to CDB by referring to the helpdesk.

DI can fill in the particular of the students using the same form, stating the problem while attaching all the supported documents. Then submit everything to MyEG Approved Site for investigation.
Results not found in CDB
  Log into MyEG Helpdesk and check the result status. If it is fail when the test slip says PASS, then give our helpdesk a call and we will assist you with the problem.
Cancellation of bookings
  Basically the cancellation of bookings cannot be made without forfeiting the booking fees. So we would suggest that the DI just reschedule the booking to another tentative date so that the booking fees will not be forefeited.

Solution:Please check if the secondary ID is the same as the one you registered at MyEG. It has to be identical to proceed with the declaration or submitting the JPJL1 form.
or
Check the category, only 'ORANG AWAM MALAYSIA' is supposed to have 2 different IC numbers. As for the rest of the category; both IC numbers has to be the same.
  * Invalid Update Date

Solution:Check the KPP attendance including date and time. The updating process of the KPP date and time has to be made within 2 days from the date KPP seminar is attended.

  * Other Error responses
  There are a variety of other error messages that the user could face. However, the likelihood of other error responses to happen is very low. If it somehow does happen, please do not hesitate to call the MyEG helpdesk
